most oppo sets have old android versions, overall oppo is good phone I am using F1s from last 1 and year and have not faced any issue. Before that I was using huawei Honor 7.
Mate 10 lite between 28K to 30K
OppO F1s (4GB and 64GB) or F5 around 30K i guess
