well i do walk everyday 2KM with no diet … u can maintain ur weight but hard to loss without dieting …

I have done that 6 years ago :smiley: mai nay taqreeban 10 to 15 KG lose kiya just walk say that time daily k 8 KM hotay the mere :smiley:
