Yeah my parents are in Metairie and my mom was saying the wind gusts were so bad and some of their neighbours are without electricity of phone lines.
Thank goodness Lk. Ponchatrain didn't flood...otherwise their house would be underwater!
Alhamdulillah they are all okay and the house is too.
