chicken potato cutlets
2 chicken breasts boiled
3 potatoes boiled and mashed
1/2 clove garlic crushed
1 small onion chopped or u can use salad onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 - 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
to coat
flour, milk or egg and seasoned breadcrumbs.
add everything to the mashed potatoes leave for 2 - 3 hours for the flavours to develop make cutlets dip them in the flour milk or eggs and breadcrumbs leave them to settle so they dont fall off during the cooking, grill or bake for 10-20 minutes turning once half way thru cooking. serve hot with green chutney! enjoy!
