To be really honest I usually don’t follow any recipe strictly and tweak the recipe a lot. The mithai is dead simple. You need 2 cups shredded coconut, 1 cup milk, some condensed milk and sugar depending on how sweet you like it to be. All you do is brown the coconut and then add everything else and stir it till it starts forming together.
