Bhi it was me and mum who cooked everything yesterday. Today it was only me and me who made the pasta and pudding. I'll post pics soon :p

Oh that is an arabic sweet dish. It's called basboosa and it is really tasty. Very easy to make too. I'll type out a recipe soon after reconfirming it with mum. :D

ohhh… yeh when I was in Pakistan for 2 months (just came back) I had a lot of mango milk shakes and mangoes, and mango chutney and god knows what. Lahore gets awesome mangoes :smiley:

Khamosh making that red and white sauce pasta casserole dish is really easy. You just have to make things and then assemble them in the dish and bake em. The pudding is easy too. Not too hard.. anyone can do it :D

Have you tried making pokora triangles? very easy to make and very quick. yummy too. just a little addition to the pakora recipe.
