Thanks people. Let me clear myself little mopre. Laptop can take upto 4gB... My question is that if I add 512 MB + 2 GB then it will make >2.56GB but if I add 1+1 then will be around 2GB... Just need to know if it's ok to have 2 GB in one slot and 512 in other or it's really not recommended to have different sizes on different slots???
