I think Rilli / Ralli is from Ral- Mil ke (joining / Joints). As its made in patches (also known as patch work). Just guessing.

Yes its kinda same. Rajisthan and Thar got similar culture as to dresses, music..

I can’t understand Rajistani comletely, but a person from Thar can understand. A person who doesn’t know Sindhi, might be confused between Gujarati, Sindhi, Memoni and Rajisthani. Like this was a famous Thari folk (which is popular in Rajhistan as well). It was sung by Tina Sani in 1980 for a drama and people thought its in Sindhi.

Vicky Razai is a brand of quilt in Pakistan. It didn’t get popular in Pakistan (mostly in rural areas, as women made Razai themselves)
