Hi Chilli milli, glad to hear from u .For ur parents concern ,let me first tell our family background.My parents also migrated from india to Karachi,Pakistan.My family r the decendents or Raja Partap Singh Chohan.My father belonged to Jatoo family in zila Hassar and my mother is Chohan from Zila Rotak. They were Ranas but in India they got the Laqab Rao afterwards.We had shifted to Lahore now.My sis is 26 ,had done her graduation in Fashion designing,Slim,smart n very attractive. Todays generation ,mostly from rajpoot too dont know about ancesters n family background.They r least bothered,But i think one should atleast know their backgrounds,culture n custom.These r our roots.

My father migrated to Pak in early 1930,when Pakistan was not born.So no point of claiming.He was well settled businessman before 1947..lollllxxxxxxx.
And 4 other immigranants side i'll say that they got nothing in exchange.
