Majority of Indian players lack class, they are no where near Dravid, Ganguly and Tendulkar when it comes to sportsman ship. It's a shame indeed.

There is a difference... Raina is saying he didn't say those things in the first place... his nephew did. Afridi on the other hand did say what he said. But if Afridi apologized, the matter should've been buried right there and then.

he was being heckled no end by the pakistani fans during the match against saffies. .after he took a catch he gestured towards them to shut the fish up. .pehle to semifinal se bahar nikalne ka sadma, upar se ye behaviour. .may b he jst wanted to target them and misfired his salvo. .if it is not so, i dunno y he shud use the word ‘besharam’. .:hmmm:

I dnt know why he should tell fans to shut-up…it is a game, they are there to support their country, they were freaking over the moon that their country got through, and given the history of both countries it is quite naive of him to expect them to be all seedha saadha about it…
if I was at that ground and it was SL in place of Pakistan, I would be doing the same…going crazy, waving my flag and screaming and shouting my head off, ppl pay and go to the grounds to watch matches to have fun and make fun of each other…

I have been to 2 matches, both SL vs Pak…it was loads of fun!! (coz we won both :stuck_out_tongue: )
