No it doesn't. It cites no evidence saying that Shaukat Aziz was responsible for laundering any body's money. If such a think were true, Shaukat Aziz would have been charged with this crime in the US long ago.
You know, some people think their rear is a credible source, hence they think pulling stuff out of it is ok. Also, we have insulted the father of universal democracy in this thread. This has indirectly caused harm on the fathers daughters, and now they are mad with claws out and foaming at the mouth. This is probably what they are thinking.
