How many wars have Prophet Muhammad PBUH fought? Which one of them was the biggest victory ?

None.

These are usually called wars as misnomer. In reality one should call them ‘battles’.

The number of people were not so many.

Nabi Muhammad (saw): Motives of the Wars, Battle of Badr, Battle of Uhud, Ahzab, Battle of Khaybar, Conquest of Makkah occurred without battle or bloodshed in 630 CE

Badr had good victory and Fatah-e-Mecca was really not a battle.
