The reason they don’t is because polar bears and penguins live a long distance apart. Polar bears live in Arctic regions of North America, Europe and Asia, & penguins in southern hemisphere.

lol ok actually ur answer was correct though. because the fire resistant pants are loose and can go over regular clothing, so to keep them up, they have to wear suspenders
