you will be losing time first and foremost, if you are going to meetings, rallys, are on conf calls with your upline and downline people, and all that stuff.
the 'deals' you get through them are they better than deals you can find on your own? and if they are, and you wind up saving $10 or $25 for some big purchase over the deals you cant find on your own, how soon will you be able to recoup the membership fee?
there are other businesses out there that give you cashback for shopping too, e.g. Bing,. heck, even some credit cards. without any fee to join.
as far as tax goes, which income will you be use those business expense deductions against?
