Waziris were never really civilized people. Pakistan is actually very nice to them considering what mughals, sikhs and even their own afghans did to them. I am talking whole scale massacres...
They are known to be more proud pakistani then me and you.
Only people from bigger cities is not pakistan.
Ask any sociologist/anthropologist people from small towns are always more civilized then big cities,
Better values etc.. Before you make fun please investigate.
