What is your definition of successful hijacking? To me, the unsuccessful one is the one where they could not take over the plane, and the Pennsylvania flight was the one.

And planes dont pulverized like that. They are not made out clay.

to me, the overpowering the operation of a flight. the plane was in full control of the hijackers until later during the flight when brave passengers intervened and took the matter into their hands.
