^ Moderators cannot delete anything, the posts are transferred to the review forum where admins and other mods review and comment on them. Nothing goes unchecked. on the other hand mods are giving their time on a voluntary basis and cannot spend all their time here, they do have a life outside GS. Bannings are discussed with the concerned member. We also expect members to discuss their grievances with mods before opening threads in feedback.
