i think hollow man is right, if we do not warn or ban posters posting words like coward banyas and other insulting stuff, there would be no difference between gupshup & bharat-rakshak. Please let it stay a gentleman's forum.
I would suggest that banning of a member should be discussed with reasons on this Feed back forum, or creat a forum of offensive posts where posts of banned members be transferred to be seen why they have been banned. Without accountability moderator can delete anything he want and goes unchecked.
