Re: Question
couldn't say; my guess its a plague that we will never find the cure for. I have heard there could be a male equivalent of the pill in a decade or so. hmmmm!

Re: Question
I only go to the doctor when OCT does not work anymore. Then if he prescribes something that is justified and I follow the directions religiously.
Re: Question
so you do want to come out with a prescription ![]()
Re: Question
In this kind of a situation yes. I go to allopathics only none other kind of doctors.
Re: Question
interesting. so how long do you let the OTC's work before you go to the doc's?
Re: Question
After 3 to 5 days as recommended by doctors and depending on how miserable I feel. Of course when my kidney stone moved and I felt excruciating pain then there was no question of OTC or tiffing it out I headed to the emergency room with the help of a friend right away.
Re: Question
when you go into the doc's to get a checkup, do you expect to come out with a prescription?
would you rather go in and be told to avoid certain foods and drink orange juice, or do you want to be prescribed a dosage of anti-biotics or any other kind of medication that pertains to your ailment?
the above question applies to allopathic's, osteopathic docs, homeopathics, naturopathics, hakeems and neem-hakeems, peers and fakeers, and the occasional witch and voodoo doctors.
if the doctor is a lady, i want everything, even injection on my back :D
