hmm. my mom always boiled the chicken frying it…and then she’d coat it and fry it. but recently… i was told that you dont boil the chicken. well then…does it taste kinda stringy when you eat it ? becuz boiled-fried chicken is cooked thoroughly..and i just feel weird, if i dont boil it. well and :halo: hopefully i wont have to learn thru trial and error…i’m gona put this chicken in the deep-fryer and let the machine do the cooking

Sometimes that’s what cooking is all about, tiral and error… if you boil it first and then fry it, and it tastes good then just stick to it… (provided we’re ignoring all the health stuff)
