there's nothing wrong with an insulting joke. i will readily laugh at a funny indian joke.
but a joke about cleaning toilets....told by a pakistani???
for example, germans tell polak (polish) jokes all the time...and although they are mean, they are funny jokes. but if a polak told those same jokes about germans...it wouldn't be funny because it just doesn't work.
