*How do we know wether she posted you the order number and that you arent defending your company? *
whenever somebody orders a product he/she is assigned an order number its a unique number and stamped with date and time etc.
i am not defending the company, if she had proven what she had written is right i wont waste a minute to tender an apology.
but first she had to prove that she had bought something from us and what she had wrote here earlier is correct and had actually happened.
