Yea, those are called kangaroo courts & someone who has been big fan of illegitimate military dictator should not be expected to understand rule of law or importance of rule of law in a civilized society. In a civilized society ultimate destiny of a nation lies in hand of its people & the people are final arbitrators of their fate, not some judge or a military madman.
Same way, in a democratic society its the elected representatives who make rules & people have indirect voice in decision making, & not some unelected judge or some military thug. That is why the Parliament is suppose to be a supreme nation institution, but again I should not expect you to understand that.
I thought that it was BB who use to term 'Kangroo court' to the courts that was working under the rule of Zia (dictator) and Nawaz (demothug). Is that court you are talking about?
