You specifically asked about Karachi problems, where people have been electing same guys over decades who are part of the major problems specific to Karachi (hint: militant wings of elected parties)

and who has been elected from Punjab, KP since last elections? aren’t these same people / same parties? did they bring solution to people’s problems (hint: no schools, no hospitals)
