The TTP threat was true to an extent in Karachi and KP. What was stopping PPP or other parties from holding jalsas in Punjab where there was relative peace? The fact is the PPP government utterly failed to provide good governance anywhere and they had little to offer / convince the voters. Jo thori bohat governance nazar aayee over the last 5 years was in Punjab
