You have to give to Imran, some of his most loyal supporters thought he would not be able to sustain this movement and his career will be over. 45 days! 45 days is not a joke. Where in the world have you such unprecedented public support for a political party amidst intense propaganda? The kind of political engagement we are witnessing right now from people belonging to all walks of life is legendary. Hats of to Imran. His 18 years of struggle is finally bearing the fruit he always desired. The nation has awakened.
This is not party politics. This is a public awareness campaign of epic proportions! Imran has truly politicised the 'drawing room' class of Pakistan.

Today, I saw a young teenager giving an interview to a reporter that you cannot have true democracy until there's rigging. Rigged mandate is not a true mandate and it is not part of democracy. How can a young person who was born in the dark decade on 90s and grew up in dictatorship know what true democracy is?
This is the kind of awareness Imran has made so popular. The Prime Minister who stands in the parliament and says I knowingly accepted opposition party's rigged mandate won't educate the masses on what true democracy is. Why should they? It goes against their interest. These oligarchs just want the masses to believe that democracy is when your PM wears shalwar kameez and waist coat as oppose to Khaki. Nothing more, nothing less.
