Foreign players came to play in PSL only because it was not being in Pakistan due to security reasons. Now it is like a breach of contract by PCB to deny them the right to play in PSL final by holding it in Lahore.

This was already discussed and decided , They have right to play or not
Final at Lahore is according to schedule , not a change .
