Typical menu:
Breakfast:
Eggs cooked w/butter
Bacon or Sausage
1 Cup Black Coffee
Lunch:
Hamburger Patti (no bun) 1 Cup Unsweetened Tea
Dinner:
Steak, Salad w/regular dressing, 1 Cup Unsweetened Tea
The menus seem to consist mostly of meat, cheese, salad, oil and fats. So why would you want to go on such an unhealthy diet? Just eat moderate amounts of good foods including fruits, veggies and whole grains. High protein is nonsense.
