Poorly written and biased article. I wonder should every country who has its citizens in Bahrain armed forces be called exporting mercenaries. Ties between Pakistan armed forces and gulf states are very old. Since 1960 army and naval officers have been deployed in gulf on deputation and many of them after retirement joined the gulf forces due to better salaries. There were no protests when they joined Bahrain forces. Most gulf states including Bahrainis used to send their officers to Pakistan for training.
