Is the protien Whey, Casein or Soy?

Whey is predominantly milk or egg protien, very fast to be absorbed into the body. Casein is a slowly absorbed protien, milk is about 20% Whey and 80% Casein. Soy is of course Soy, and is the least biologically available of the common protien powders.

More than likely your protien powder is not from meat, as this is too expensive, and the fat content is too high. Dairy and eggs are actually the perfect protiens to be used in a shake poweder, as they are less expensive, easy to digest, and they are already very low in fat.
