My family is planning to move back in about 5 years after 20 years out of Pakistan. My bros have legal practice and Accounting practice. but they are all leaving that to move to Pakistan as they want their kids to experience Pakistan.
after alot of research we found that you dont get paid much in salary. with alot of experience and qualifications, 50k to 100 k max this too lucky ones get. i know someone vice president of a bank, gets less than 100k but has other benefits!.
in pak if u want to earn good money, business is the only way. alot of money and no/little tax.
most people i know who move back do business only. how things are expensive with your own house in islamabad or lahore , you need about 100k to 150k to live good life.
which city are you moving too? do you own a house or will be renting? money wise do you have savings?
if you leave uk, if you want to come back, what you have there? house? rental property?you can not just move with a luggage. have something in uk incase of an emergency as backup.
like my bros, they are planning to buy rental properties with their family house this way they will have income and also if they comeback they have something.
life is great in pakistan if you have money:)
