Gotta be careful in selling or spreading something that our Messenger pbuh never wanted to be spread.
His pbuh time's medical practices belong to worldly things like the type of house, the mode of transportation, clean water supply and sewage disposal systems, the ways to communicate etc.
As we can see that all these worldly things have changed and taken over by newer practices.
Just like we won't use traveling means used by Messenger pbuh, or live in a house that is ditto copy of Messenger pbuh's house, it is not good to spread misinformation regarding medical practices that existed 1400 years ago.
If you continue to spread obsolete practices, it would be deemed as quackery and that is forbidden if not criminal under current laws.
