Lahore 981, did your read the verses of Quran where it clearly states that . As far as the wings will burn is concerned, it is neither here or there. What we do know is stated clearly in Quran.

I did read the verse in Quran you are refering to.

I know what does it mean but I did not try to explain the “Miraaj” in itself and I did not say it did not take place.

I said, we do not know the details “Beyond Sidrat-ul-Muntaha” (and the scholars are also divided in opinion on "Whether Rasoolallah saw Allah(SWT) or not). And I do not want to comment on this fact. All I firmly believe in is that Rasoolallah went to the “Miraaj”, the only one in history to have such a miracle. Thats all.

I wrote that explaination in the context of Shweety’s question “Human or NOOR”.

Mira’j was a physical experience. There was no reason, otherwise, to mention it black and white in Quran for Rasoolulah:saw: had many other incidents of Kashf. And then there is the famous quote of Abu Bak’r who replied to Kuffar “you know that we believe in far amazing things than Prophet:saw: going to heavens; we believe that an angel comes to him and brings words of our Lord.”

As for Rasoolulah:saw: being Noor, my understanding is that wherever in Quran, NabiAllah:saw: is mentioned as NOOR, it refers to the Rooh of the Prophet:saw: otherwise Quran explictely instructs us to believe Prophet:saw: as a human being similar to any other but he recieves revelations from God and he is a perfect human.

Quran, on many occasions, tells to Muhammad (saw) to say to the people "ana basharun mislukum" (i am a human just like you)....
there is no doubt whatsoever in him being a normal human being....

the God, Almighty Lord of the Universe, is capable of doing anything....
if he can make Isa (as) to be born without a father and take him bodily to the heaven why can he not take Muhammad (saw) to the heaven as well....

ahmadis reject Muhammad (saw) going thru a physical miraaj, cuz they deny Isa (as) being picked up in physcial form to heaven, and hence to hide one lie they bring forward many more....

the truth is that muslims believe that Muhammad (saw) went thru a physical journey on the night of miraaj and has has other non-physical journeys, smply spiritual ones, other than this specific journey as well which was distinguished for being a physical one....

how is the night where he travelled to the heavens/hell explained? did he travel in his dreams? (which would mean that God let a human have a taste of the spiritual world/afterworld) or did he actually travel as a spiritual being ? (which would mean he is not human)

are there any other events that would prove that the prophet was like an ordinary human. are there any other events that prove otherwise?

He :saw: was taken to Arsh and all the places physically on that night.

fine, ill go to hell for the reason that i do not believe Hazoor SAW to go to miraaj bodily..

p.s : does that even make sense. Someone going to hell just becuz he/she do not agree with u guys that Prophet Muhammad PBUH didnt go to miraaj physically?
