Those of you who have bought property in Pakistan for investment purposes, please share your experience .. is it worth it?
From recent conversations with many friends in Pakistan, it seems that property market is rising and rising and excellent profit returns if sold in a couple of years .. one of my friends saw a profit of 60% on a plot he had bought about 8 years ago ! thats a huge profit he made ..

What do you guys think? is property market in Pakistan a secure market to step in for investment?

Ms. Biryani, how does 60% refund in Pak compare with what one gets from banks over same time frame? And with 10 yr govt bonds?
