u might wanna check Section 90 of the Indian Penal Code, as it states:
"there is no specific provision in the Indian law as regards to sexual abuse of children by parents or teachers"

All I have to say is, instead of accusing India as a place where children are blinded due to malnutrition, take a look at your own country from where no true facts can emerge...
