A heavy handed mob of STRONG FEMALE GUARDS at the door who are all dressed in black, from head to toe, to check that no men are going in, and that there are no men hidden in bags.

Has that become the " in place" for desi chicks to meet??? JAANWAR-you may have an X on your bald head but I wont guarantee that the X is still there after 3 desi babes have got to you!!! Green Mubazzarah at the base of Jebel Hafeet. Avoid on Thursday nights and Fridays, too bz.
There are some natural hot water springs in the hills / mountains and the local authorities have channelled this water into small man-made streams and into segregated thermal pools for ladies and gents. Ladies pool buildings are fiercely guarded by aggressive looking women in black to stop men and check for mobile phones / camera’s and bags. Apparently this hot water has some health giving benefits.
^This clip shows what the immediate outside area is like, if you drive down the main road, you will see pink coloured pool buildings. Some have a prayer area attached.
I love to go there whenever I get the opportunity, as it’s quite relaxing, but the last time I went there was the ubiquitous group of noisy russian ladies but they left soon.
There are canopied bbq areas for families / groups which is quite pleasant. There are little chalet things for accomodation but they r ROUGH and the toilet facilities OUTSIDE the of pool buildings are AWFUL (just warning you in case you do go!)
Aisha, I’m sure you must have been to this place before with your family before, if not, take them for a bbq and take your mum to the pool!
This green area can probably be found if you make your way towards Mercure Hotel, but don’t go up the mountain. (Its the mount that has got a massive flat platform at the top, you can see Oman from it).

Hey!!!!! You are all making me feel so at home- thats Mount Jubli ( AKA JEBEL HAFEET)!!! Probably the ONLY landmark of Al Ain!!!! Its certainly true - avoid it like the plague ( or is it swine flu??) over the weekends- but certainly recommend u guys to drive right to the top and then you can bhangra down with the pataan clans!!!!!! Honestly Im not joking- usually on a Saturday morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAHAHHA!!! Ok lets compromise- we will drive half wayy and then walk a mile???? gets us exercising, breathing in unpolluted air and hopefully no ashthma atttacks!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love mountain dew! How good is that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
