Lots of my family members have used it and have liked it. However, I've heard that the benzoyl peroxide can thin your skin over time, leading to premature aging and drying. You might want to consider alternatives.
My husband had issues when he was in his early twenties. He tried all sorts of antibiotics and topical (prescription and non-prescription) creams. Nothing seemed to make a difference. Once he picked up a Clearasil or Oxy scrub pad that was meant for sensitive skin and it made a HUGE difference in a matter of a couple weeks. I looked to see what the difference was, and the only thing we could find was that the sensitive skin one had citric acid in it. I don't know if it wa that or something else. But his skin has been pretty good since.
