To me it really doesn't look all that different from before, except the tip is swollen (which could be anything), which somebody already pointed out. The nose job she'd already had was quite conservative, surgeon didn't go too crazy with it and it looked nice.
Hope she doesn't mess with her lips at all, they look gorgeous as they are.. Defo one of the sexiest Bollywood actresses around..

Technically, you can have a non-surgical nose job in 15mins but that would only make a subtle difference and is usually used for people who want to add to their noses to give the illusion of more symmetry or balance, obviously it can't be used for people who want to turn a huge nose like gonzo into a little button one.. I don't think Priyanka went down that route anyway tho, I don't believe she had anything done to it this time..
