Pretty little messages from india

Re: Pretty little messages from india

Maybe he could have expressed better but what is wrong with him saying not to blame without unsubstantiated facts. This affects the minorities of Pakistan as you must know. It also distracts from tackling the enemies within. There is no good or bad taliban. They are all bad

I congratulate the Pakistani gov on hanging 22 convicted terrorists. One being an ex-army medical officer whose mercy plea was rejected like it should have been.

What you are posting is random conspiracy theories. why not talk of Saudi funding of Wahabbi institutions or the acts of solidarity shown by Saudi Arabian government despite their deep friendship. Were there any? Was there condemnation? Candlelight vigils or minutes of silence like in India or West.
WHat about in China.

Don’t get angry bhai i am just asking questions.

Re: Pretty little messages from india

Samir dost i am also Indian but we must not generalise how the Pakistani public is viewing this. I know we are all sad and upset by the incident and the aftermath like release of Lakhvi. At this time we need to support those liberal voices. There are conspiracy theorists, people who dislike/Malala deniers but the vast majority is peaceful and coming to grasp with this reality. If you see the tv and various shows you can see how they confuse masses. SO imagine hearing that for many years and having those cemented beliefs. On twitter there was the #PakistanWithIndiaDenyLakhvi](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=PakistanWithIndiaDenyLakhvi) bail or something along those lines which i found heartening.

My friend in Peshawar says people here have 3 thought processes- one is revenge for the attacks on the taliban, others think taliban attacked in revenge for military operation, 3rd group thinks it should be condemned but to remain silent as they fear Taliban may attack them.

I asked her about how many believe the conspiracy theories of india/raw she says there are some illogical people. She doesn’t believe that nonsense. However, she wasn’t comfortable talking much about it because security and skype tapping. She knows 3 people who have lost family because of this incident. Still, she doesn’t believe these stupid theories and she is always friendly towards me. She told me if i come to visit Peshawar she will show me around Goratkhatri in Peshawar. It has some historic temples some broken down others still around. So there are many peace loving people except they are silenced by the extremists.

If one logically thinks about it. One of the convicted terrorists was an ex army medical officer and doctor.

Terror convicts Dr Usman, Arshad Mehrban hanged in Faisalabad jail – The Express Tribune

Other international newspapers have said some of the terrorists wore military uniform-probably assisted by that lone medical army officer. Not blaming the military establishment because they have done an admirable killing terrorists in NWFP. These are few lone wolfs. But tell me how do foreign agencies get Pakistani military uniform so accurate that they are allowed past security into an army school? Dozens of students killed in Pakistani Taliban attack on Peshawar school

The whole world is watching and sympathising/empathising with Peshawar. I am confident they will not spare terrorists and not divide them into good/bad.

Re: Pretty little messages from india

I think the Taliban is the mother of all evils. Conspiracy theories not going to cut it every time. The ex army medical officer/doctor who was a terrorist is also evil. Doesn’t mean people blame whole country or army institution.Terror convicts Dr Usman, Arshad Mehrban hanged in Faisalabad jail – The Express Tribune They are killing terrorists so that is why the taliban is responding. How does a foreign agency like cia/raw/mossad get access to pakistani military uniforms so accurate they can get past security in an army school?

Maybe JeI/their sympathisers/conspiracy theorists/Malala deniers need to get a life out of lalala land. Instead of trying to fool masses. They should clearly condemn ALL the Taliban. Instead of blamiing US/India/EU for abolishing death penalty. Countrywide Youm-e-Dua observed for Peshawar terror attack victims

They should apologise for their campaigns against Malala.

They said the whole Muslim ummah is with them but they do not mention that Pakistani Christians and HIndus held vigils for them. Or that the countries they hate most are holding nationwide prayers/vigils for them. http://m.asianews.it/news-en/In-a-country-in-shock-over-Peshawar-massacre,-Islamabad-bishop-calls-for-unity-against-terrorism-32987.html
Apart from Turkey’s half mast of their flag I have not heard condemnations/vigils/moment of silence from Saudi Arabia and other middle eastern and Muslim countries. I want to hear it but i have not.

Sorry Monk bhai but I don’t see how sharing condolences pakistani children is related to fixing india. Children in both countries deserve to live a life without fear when going to school.

This vigil is not from Saudi Arabia, UAE, Syria, Jordan, Bangladesh, a Middle eastern country, or an African country. It is from India.

In next message you said stop watching anti-Pakistani bollywood movies and here you say these bollywood messages won’t get to us. Obviously anti-Pakistani movies should not get to anyone.

Maybe UN and US should also get out of Lala land because they declare Hafiz Saeed a terrorist with 10 million bounty on his head. He is still allowed to voice his opinions on Pakistani TV without condemnations. They have also frozen assets of Dawood Ibrahim. Essentially aren’t they saying the same thing as India.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-india-17594018

Why does US name Daewood an international terrorist and why does Musharraf say he is held in high esteem in Pakistan?

http://www.ndtv.com/article/india/dawood-ibrahim-is-held-in-high-esteem-in-pakistan-musharraf-150213

http://www.rediff.com/news/2003/oct/17daw.htm

The United States has designated underworld don Dawood Ibrahim as a global terrorist having links with Al Qaeda and financing activities of Laskhar-e-Tayiba and other terrorist organisations
Ibrahim is part of India’s most-wanted list and is believed to be staying in Pakistan.
The US Treasury Department on Thursday announced that Dawood Ibrahim alias Sheikh Dawood Hassan, who is wanted in India for the 1993 Bombay serial blasts, has been put in the list of ‘Specially Designated Global Terrorist’ and his assets within the US have been frozen.
The designation freezes any assets belonging to Ibrahim within the US and prohibits transactions with American nationals, the announcement said.

Now if US and their allies like UK are terrorist supporting lalala land living countries why did they give refuge do Junaid Jamshed when he was escaping blasphemy law? Is that also the fault of foreign powers.

How do you expect people to respond across the border when Hafiz says to attack India on national TV when people are wanting to come together in solidarity for Pakistani friends? I’m talking ordinary citizens not governments.

Re: Pretty little messages from india

How do you know he likes to watch those movies..people have moved on from partition/war related movies. Maybe he likes to watch Namaste London, Jhootha hi sahi, Dhan dhana dhan goal or Veer Zaara which have Pakistani characters and shows Indians-Pakistanis getting along abroad.

Maybe he likes to watch Pakistani dramas like Shankht instead of Bollywood movies even when they have scenes showing people don't want to be neighbours with Indians abroad. I like Shanakht. I also like dastaan because i know it's written in partition times and there will be biases. Actually i don't know any Pakistani drama which had a positive Indian reference. Maybe there are some i am unaware of but i still like Pakistani dramas and prefer them to Indian ones.
Does that make me a self hating Indian?

I recommend you to watch Shanakht. I think you will like Qurat-ul-Ain's character.

You might think that Indians don't get your views but Southie Uncle always does. Remember when you wrote that thread about having multiple wives and there was this Indian girl called Delhi2LahoreKarachi who understood your views when others didn't. Personally, i think you should choose a Pakistani female like Qurat-ul-Ain of which there are many. For that reason you should watch Shanakht.

It's a great drama. I was not being serious about the multiple wives. It's not something that should be decided on dramas.

Re: Pretty little messages from india

:D ok

Re: Pretty little messages from india

I am serious many Pakistani males have started watching dramas after Shanakht. It is the Humsafar of 2014.
