Well! I don't think there will be any action against Musharraf by the CJ. Government will provide enough evidence that Nawaz decided to go to Saudi on his own.** I think** Musharraf managed to black-mail him by showing evidence of malpractices by him, to be later produced in court against him if he insists on coming back.
Thats why they aired on one of the news reports in Canada, There was more then enough evidence that fat tind was a a top crook. They gave him two choices which are quite obvious, I am sure tind had full confidence in supreme court thats why he returned..
