An honourable man like Wajihuddin would not be part of any dishonorable exercise. His participation in the Presidential Election will gave it much more legitmacy, and he make pick up the votes of Fazlur Rehman as well. :)
I could not understand the intelligence level of Chief Justice (rtd) Saeed-uz-zaman Siddiqi and Lt Gen (rtd) Hamid Gul. In ‘Meray Mutabiq’ program of Dr Shahid, both mentioned that President is representative of federation and if any one Provincial Assembly would not be there during election, than that province would not be represented in election of President, regardless of National Assembly and Senate would be there. That would mean increasing the deprivation of that province.
Are these people retards? Do these two think that province is only represented by Provincial assembly? Are they not represented by National Assembly and Senate too? When they are having representative in NA and Senate, how can provinces would be unrepresented in Presidential election?

Your argument is quite correct.
The issue of any provincial assembly not being represented in the Presidential vote only really arises in the case of NWFP. In Punjab and Sindh the governing coalition has overwhelming majorities, so would not be affected by any opposition resignations. Whilst in Balochistan it is likely that the PML Q could form a majority govt with nationalist parties, even if MMA members resign (and they are unlikely to anyway).
It's only in NWFP the assembly could be missing for the electoral college if all the MMA and it's APDM allies (ANP, PML N, PTI) resign. But I believe that can be countered if the pro-Musharraf parties move a no confidence motion at the right time (1st October) which would delay the process of dissolution by upto a week, enough time for the Presidential contest to have been completed.
