I was just curious because I heard this subject being discussed by the water cooler and was surprised to see that so many folks didn't understand that a little bit of arrogance can be so very powerful.

That definition will differ depending on who's answering and what kind of success we are talking about.
This thread was supposed to bring that question about and let folks make up their own minds.
If you ask my personal opinion, then I will say that I'm still working out the answer. Every time I think I know, something else comes along that tells me I don't.
