No, there is nothing you can do to stop the greying and there is nothing you can do to delay having to cover up the new grey roots for 6 months. Your diet has nothing to do with this. This is genetics. I also started getting greys in my mid 20’s. Your only option to keep the roots always covered is to do a root touch-up every few weeks (or as soon as the grey’s start showing).
