Mall, are u actually trying not to eat a lot, or is it that u just can't? As far as I am aware pregnant women are advised to eat something, even just a snack with a drink every 2 -3 hours to maintain their blood sugar and hydration levels.
If your head / legs feel heavy n u feel like u r gonna fall down, then it's very likely that your blood sugar levels r low, so try to eat small snacks more regularly.
