This is too confusing. If a lady is not fasting bcos of her monthly cycle, she just has to make them up later (before the next Ramadan, preferably) and NOT pay fidyah.
So when a lady misses a whole month of fasting, then she has to make them up AND pay fidyah ASWELL??? Confused.
