well the only thing different for me was tht i was taking vitiman and iron pills but not daily just here and there. I don’t really know. i ate lots of fruits during my pregnancy maybe that contributed to it.. anyhow I just wondered because I have seen women that break out or look dull while others look beautiful so just wondered.

Gina- what do you think of the banana and honey mixture for dry skin? can I use this on hands, feet and neck as well?

Anaemia will make your skin look dull and lifeless, so perhaps the iron pills were working

The banana/honey is great for dry skin and can be used all over.
