@goingcrazy - That is just soooooo adorable! My fiance says to me that it's a sad moment for me at the moment. When I am down, he does whatever he can to make me laugh n be myself!

awww bless everyone keeps asking me how you feeling that you are getting married soon lol i keep telling them it hasnt hit me yet i need to actully arrive in pakistan then il be feeling like a nervous reck then seeing my fiancee at the airport il be over the place :wub: yeah makeup is my worry too i have tht in the back of my head of i dont wana look like atta on my face that really scares me :bummer:

all i can say is AAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
my wedding is not till july and since we picked the date about a few months ago I have randomly been crying and getting annoyed at the tiniest things and when I was coming back to school I cried like a baby cause next time I go back home will be after the wedding :( cause we are going to a different city to have the wedding and the wedding is a week after my break starts so...!!! aghhhhhhhh im going to miss my life as I know it thus far.. but my fiance always tells me that we have so much to look forward to and i might be away from my family but i have a new home now and a new family and when he cheers me up it all falls back into place! but Inshallah everything will be well and we all do have so much to look forward to and reading this thread i realized how common it is so im NORMAL!! was starting to think somethings wrong with me loll

Ive been focused on my degree at the minute but sometimes late at night when I'm going to sleep i randomly think to myself omg I'm getting married? MARRIED? MARRIED!! WHAAT? and then the whole sense of responsibility and change makes me nervous. Im sure this is perfectly normal though! It also worries me and excites me at the same time about how quick time is going!

Girls -- this (wedding planning) will be one of the sweetest and most memorable experiences of your life. Enjoy it! Don't think about the negative of all the stress, etc; etc; Spend your time with those whom you love, put thought into the details of your wedding -- remember this is going to be the biggest day of your life!! Make the planning process fun for yourselves :) I'm also going to be married inshAllah. And believe me, sometimes I become an emotional wreck -- I think of the home and family that I'm leaving, and I literally can't control the tears :( But at the same time, it's a fresh and new beginning, and I'm excited Alhumdulillah. What I've learned is to look at the positives, and that keeps me going :) Also, spending time with my sister and friends helps a lot!

I'm getting married in less than a month but I'm really not bothered and THAT'S worrying me loads. Should I be going through all of this?

same here. i dont really give a crap about the wedding and stuff. not too much. i am more concerned about settling in to the new life and leaving my old life and identity behind. everything is about to change :(
