ahan! interesting. I bet that applies only for certain states. what if if sum terrorist group based in Leeds plans an attack? will they blow up leeds? or what if US based group does that?? how that will work out?? or this is just an excuse to blow some middle eastern countries like Iran, Libya or may be some parts of Afghanistan?

Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Kong Quan also stressed that China stands ready to make unremitting efforts together with the international community to safeguard world peace and stability.

China is prepared to stand shoulder to shoulder with Russia in the fight against terrorism.

In the wake of the seizure of a school and up to 400 hostages in southern Russia, Chinese President Hu Jintao told his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in a message that the Chinese Government would support all actions to combat terrorism, safeguard national security and protect lives and property.
