i dont meant that, but if you have car, you can stop it better location. in case you cant find any good place then you can pray in car.

I wouldn't be praying at the shower room where you are constantly being disturbed by the flushing noises.. talk to your manager or HR team, let them find you a space where you can pray for five, ten minutes peacefully. It may sound dramatic but it's actually not. Tell them it's important for you to pray in a quieter place, I don't know where you live in but in North America, it's against the law to stop someone from practicing their religious believes.
