Sachay, if you were pointing at me and rangoli, then read the full thread, we are the posters who pointed out the developments and gave credit where it was due. Being Moderators does not pay us, and we have a policy to be posters first and Moderators later.

I don't agree with you on this. There were/ are still number of good people in PPP may not be in the government are far far better than present lot of bs politicians. Today PPP is alive because of these loyal workers. That intelligent person you are quoting was hanged in Punjab in a fraud case and his dead body was sent to Sindh. When you kill leader like Bhutto, you get Zia-ul-Haq, N$, Mush and other bikao trash.

I was talking about Anwar Pasha, why you guys have banned him to participate in this forum? Is it just because he was staunch supporter of PPP or vocal against PTI and its leaders? Perhaps he was paying with the same coins to those sh!ty posts against PPP and its leaders, you guys did not like that. Isn't it?

I think you should ask AP uncle through a PM. He is not banned from all forums. My comment was about the two Mods you referred in your post.

He has already PM me about his ban in this forum. He said he was banned for no other reasons what I have mentioned in my post # 86. This reminds me the dark rule of Zia-ul-Haq who used to persecute PPP workers only. It is a shame that shadows of his dark rule still exist.

Although people are very critical on the issue of performance of PPP government.. they miss out the achievements/good deeds of the present government. Although they have messed badly on energy management, but we can not ignore their other achievements just merely on their bad performance in other sectors..

1) People have a short memory.. when the present government took over the biggest problem everybody thought was suicidal attacks which were daily occurrence with heavy loss of life. Pakistan used to be on TV news globally for some blast/suicide attack with 100s of deaths. These attacks have come down significantly. Some of our areas were practically under the control of armed religious militants who were running parallel government in these areas. Situation is much better now.. Swat has become peaceful.. a lot of areas in KP are back in Pakistan government's control. FATA where there was an actual war going on between Pakistan Army and militants is much more peaceful. Even big cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar received their share of terrorist attacks.. Our army personnel were being targeted on daily basis by these militants. Compared to 2008.. 2012 is unbelievably peaceful.. Credit goes to our present government..

2) Present PPP government has shown the best record against criticism on their performance by not meddling with the media. The constraint PPP government has shown is commendable. Remember Musharraf days when media channels were closed for a fraction of criticism which PPP government faces on media on daily basis..

3) PPP government's record on political opponents victimization is unprecedented in the 65 years history of the country. The tolerance PPP government has shown towards accommodating other political entities has no precedence in our country..

4) On foreign policy front we had become practically slaves of USA.. Today our foreign policy is a great balancing act between world realities and public aspirations.. Good work by the government in this aspect..

I am not saying this government is the government of angels who came down from heaven.. but could not ignore the achievements.
Our nation Is going through an evolution process where issues are being discussed openly and solutions are being recommended by different segments of the society. Last four years have seen an increase in the pace of this evolutionary process and generally our government has been more patient/tolerant while facing criticism compared to any other government in past 65 years..

This is the one point that I agree with wholeheartedly. Other points you quoted have answers, but since this thread is for PPPs good deeds, I wont mention those.
